Federal and state laws prohibit employers from discriminating against employees based on protected characteristics. I represent employees who have experienced discrimination or retaliation in the workplace.

Retaliation claims arise when an employer takes adverse action—such as termination, demotion, or discipline—after an employee engages in protected activity, such as filing a complaint or requesting accommodations.
