Severance Negotiation & Contract Review

Employers often pressure employees to sign severance agreements quickly—before they understand what rights they are giving up. I help employees review, negotiate, and, when appropriate, challenge severance agreements and employment contracts.

Breach of Contract

When an employer fails to honor the terms of an employment agreement, commission plan, bonus structure, or severance promise, employees may have a breach of contract claim.

Unlawful Discrimination & Retaliation

Federal and state laws prohibit employers from discriminating against employees based on protected characteristics. I represent employees who have experienced discrimination or retaliation in the workplace.

Employees with disabilities or medical conditions are entitled to reasonable accommodations under the law. I represent employees whose employers refused accommodations, retaliated against them, or terminated them because of a disability.

Wage & Hour Violations

Many employees are denied proper pay through misclassification or illegal pay practices. I represent employees in wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state law.

Whistleblower Claims

Employees who report illegal, unethical, or unsafe conduct are protected by whistleblower laws. I represent employees who were retaliated against after reporting violations to management or government agencies.

Sometimes the most important legal advice comes before a problem escalates. I provide employee counseling to help clients make informed decisions while still employed.

Influencer & Content Creator Contract Representation

Influencers, content creators, and digital professionals are often asked to sign contracts that heavily favor brands, agencies, or management companies. I represent influencers and creators in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating influencer agreements to ensure their rights, compensation, and creative control are protected
